2. Paypal      PayPal logo

At checkout select Paypal

If you don’t have a Paypal account, you can pay via PayPal by VISA or MasterCard. When reaching payment stage, you should be asked to log in to your Paypal account or pay with a debit or credit card. Select the second option.

On your bank statement the purchase  will look like PAYPAL*LEGOBRICKS or PAYPAL*LEGOBRICKSKULIKOV

 

 

3. International bank transfer

At checkout select Bank Transfer

If you live in Europe (list of countries) you can pay by SEPA bank transfer. More details.

If you live outside of Europe you can pay by SWIFT bank transfer. More details.

Delivery

Here are the countries we ship to and shipping costs.

We ship within 3 working days after receiving payment. Delivery is by Polish post.

We offer two options:

1) By registered air letter or air parcel (faster but can be more expensive). The post office doesn’t guarantee delivery times, but gives general estimation that varies from 4 to 12 working days, depending on destination country.

2) By ordinary parcel (fixed price of EURO 17 for all kinds of packs to all countries). Takes time. Makes sense for 3 KILO packs to all countries and 2 KILO packs to non-European countries.

Immediately after shipping we give you a tracking number so that you can follow your parcel on the websites of Polish post (http://emonitoring.poczta-polska.pl/?lang=en) and your country’s post, if such service is available.

In some countries the most problematic part of a parcel’s way is from your local post office to your home, so if you think it is time for the parcel to arrive you can try calling your local post office with tracking number. Maybe they forgot to sent you a delivery note or it got lost.

 

Possible cases and solutions

All our parcels are fully insured. In case of loss we (at your choice and after the official process of searching for lost parcel is over) will either refund your full payment, or send the bricks again.

If the parcel is damaged and its contents stolen (very unlikely situation as used toys are not new computers) we will do the same, but we ask you to  not accept the parcel and file a proper complaint with your local post office. Please inform us about such situation.

In the same way we will refund your full payment or resend the bricks if the parcel was not delivered to you because of our fault (we made mistake in writing your address, or filled customs forms incorrectly, etc).

If the reason for non-delivery is your fault (for example the parcel returned to us because you gave us a wrong address, or you didn’t pick it up from post office within the required period of time, or you refused to pay customs tax, etc) we will refund your money minus shipping charges (both ways) minus fixed sum of EUR 10 for actual expenses (packaging, bank commissions).

Please write your address carefully! In many countries, when a postman delivers mail to a private apartment or house, he will give it to whoever opens the door and signs the delivery form, without asking for that person’s ID papers and comparing them to the name on the parcel. If you make a mistake in your address and such situation happens, we will not be able to help you.

 

Complaints

If you recieved your bricks but think there is something wrong with them, tell us. If needed, add photos. We will review the situation and try our best to resolve it.
